OVERVIEW
Modifying the Fund's 80% Policy
With 60 days' notice to shareholders, the Board of Trustees may change the Fund's investment policy of investing "at least 80% of its net assets" (defined as net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) without a vote from shareholders.
Holdings in Relevant Portfolios
It is a general policy of the Fund and Adviser that no investor, present or prospective, including any Fund shareholder, shall receive information about the Fund's portfolio on a preferential basis prior to other investors receiving the same information.
Investment Portfolios
When the Fund purchases an investment, the percentage restrictions pertaining to the portfolio's composition are in effect. The restriction won't be broken by a subsequent increase or decrease in the percentage brought about by changes in the value of the Fund's net assets or portfolio securities.
