BUYING & SELLING

Every market has
sellers and buyers.

Overview

The Fund can only be acquired through variable annuity contracts and variable life insurance policies that are issued by specific broker houses and separate accounts of participating institutions. Owners of individual variable annuity contracts are not permitted to directly purchase or sell Fund shares.

Details Regarding Taxes

When applicable or upon demand, the participating institutions and shareholders are in charge of distributing their capital gains tax. Normally, the Fund pays its shareholders its net investment income and any net realized capital gains, if any, if they are executed on time.

The client will be responsible for paying any capital gains taxes or other fees in advance if the redemption is not completed on time; the fund will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in the amount paid. The client will pay the accounting fees in advance for any early or partial redemption from the Fund. Financial penalties will be applied for any late fees.

Broker-Dealer and Additional Payments to Financial Intermediaries

In the event that you purchase Fund shares through a broker-dealer or another financial intermediary (like an insurance company), the Fund and/or its affiliates may pay brokers for the sale of Fund shares and related services. These payments may create a conflict of interest by pressuring your financial advisor and the broker-dealer or other intermediary to select the Fund over an alternative investment. Consult a financial expert or go to your financial intermediary's website for more details.
